About BillianceAI

An AI Engineering Company, Built Around Real Problems.

BillianceAI builds intelligent systems for businesses. We are ambitious about where AI can go — and deliberate about applying it where it genuinely helps.

The problem

Proving an idea works before anyone invests in it.

Building and demonstrating live, against the clock, at a technical event.

Why we exist

Closing the Gap Between Possible and Practical.

AI has become remarkably capable. Yet for many businesses, the distance between what AI can do and what it actually does for them remains wide — pilots that never reach production, tools that don’t fit the workflow, and promises that don’t survive real data.

We think closing that gap is fundamentally an engineering problem. It means understanding the work first, choosing the right approach — which is sometimes not AI at all — and building systems that hold up in real conditions.

That is the work BillianceAI exists to do.

Field log

Every Conversation Starts With a Problem.

At stalls and events we meet the people living with these problems every day. Here is what each moment was about — and what we were there to show.

From our stalls and events
  1. Field log / 01Exhibition stall
A BillianceAI team member presents Felina AI on a screen to three visitors at an exhibition stall.
    Problem 01 · Routine calls

    The problem

Routine calls take time away from skilled people.

    On the floor

Live Felina AI demonstrations, showing how routine enquiries can be handled consistently.

  2. Field log / 02Exhibition stall

Problem 02 · Where AI fits

    The problem

Not knowing where AI actually fits in a business.

    On the floor

Talking through visitors’ own workflows to find where AI could help — and where it wouldn’t.

  3. Field log / 03Exhibition stall
A BillianceAI team member explains Felina AI to visitors in front of a screen showing the Felina logo.
    Problem 03 · Inconsistent calls

    The problem

Callers get a different experience depending on who answers.

    On the floor

Walking visitors through how a Felina conversation is structured, from first word to hand-off.

  4. Field log / 04Exhibition stall

    Problem 04 · Lost details

    The problem

Details from a call rarely reach whoever acts next.

    On the floor

One-to-one conversations about getting conversation outcomes into the systems a business already uses.

  5. Field log / 05Exhibition stall
BillianceAI team members in discussion with visitors at the stall.
    Problem 05 · Stalled ideas

    The problem

Ideas that stall before they become working systems.

    On the floor

Working through requirements with visitors, turning a rough idea into a clear first step.

  6. Field log / 06Exhibition stall

    Problem 06 · Generic demos

    The problem

Generic demos that don’t reflect a real business.

    On the floor

The team refining demos between conversations, so the next one started from what we had just learned.

Engineering philosophy

How We Think About Building With AI.

  • 01

    Problem before technology

We start with what a business is trying to achieve. Sometimes the right answer is a simpler tool — or no AI at all.

  • 02

    Systems, not demos

A convincing prototype is not the goal. We engineer for the messy conditions of real workflows, data and users.

  • 03

    Honest about uncertainty

AI has limits. We are clear about what is proven, what needs testing and where people should stay in the loop.

  • 04

    Built to improve

Intelligent systems should get better with use. We design for measurement, feedback and iteration from day one.

Our intended delivery method

  1. 01

    Understand

Identify the business challenge, the workflow around it, its constraints and the outcome that would make the work worthwhile.

  2. 02

    Architect

Decide whether AI, automation, integration — or a combination — is the right approach, and what a sensible first version looks like.

  3. 03

    Engineer

Develop or configure the solution within the agreed scope, testing it against real conditions as it takes shape.

  4. 04

    Improve

Evaluate how it performs, gather feedback from the people using it and refine the implementation over time.

BillianceAI & Felina AI

The Company and Its Flagship Product.

BillianceAI is the engineering company. Felina AI is the AI voice product we have built — engineered and maintained by our team, and the most direct demonstration of our approach.

Long-term direction

Towards a Connected AI Ecosystem.

Our long-term ambition is a broader ecosystem of intelligent products and capabilities that work together — so businesses can discover, connect and use AI from one coherent place.

That ecosystem does not exist yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. We are building towards it one real product and one real solution at a time.
